Questions about an invoice?
Talk to our team

Can I choose my own payment amount?

Yes. Choose New payment, enter your amount and service details, review your details, then prepare your QuickBooks checkout. We create an unpaid invoice automatically. If you already have an invoice, use its existing payment link to avoid creating a second invoice.

Already have a QuickBooks invoice email?

You can use its Review and pay link directly. An NES payment code is another way to reach your invoice.

What if I already paid or the balance looks wrong?

Check your QuickBooks receipt and invoice status before paying again. If a payment is pending or the details look wrong, contact NES to confirm the balance.

What happens if I cancel or my payment is declined?

Opening this page does not charge you. QuickBooks displays payment results. If a payment is declined, follow its instructions. If your connection times out, check your receipt or contact NES before trying again.

Who can help with receipts or refunds?

QuickBooks provides the payment confirmation. Contact NES with your invoice reference for receipt questions or a refund request.
